2. To deal with matters arising
3. To elect the following:

(b) 2 Vice-Presidents
(c) Hon. Secretary
(d) Hon. Treasurer
(e) Individual Members’ Representative
4. To receive the report and accounts for the year ending 31st March 2008
5. To appoint Auditors for the ensuing year
6. Transact any business of which at least 3 clear days written notice has been given to the Hon. Secretary.
